Las Ventanas is truly a luxurious haven, with impeccable grounds and a serene atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. The service from the staff, especially our personal butler, was exceptional and made us feel pampered throughout. However, we did notice some areas where the service seemed to have slipped compared to previous visits, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we stayed in, while beautifully appointed, felt less like a suite and more like a standard room for the price we paid.
